European Union: 14-day return window

Customers in Germany and Austria have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from their purchase, under EU distance-selling rules — see our Cancellation Policy for the full legal terms and the model withdrawal form.

Eligibility

• Return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• You're only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what's needed to check their nature and function.
• You cover the direct cost of sending the item back to us.

Refund timing

Once we've received the returned item — or evidence that you've sent it — we refund the original order value, including standard delivery cost, to your original payment method within 14 days.
