Terms of Sale (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed through this website for delivery to Germany or Austria. Sesplus LLC is the seller of record for each order; see the Imprint for full trader identity.

2. Contract formation

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Placing an order is your offer to buy; a contract forms once we confirm the order by email or dispatch notice. We send an order confirmation to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown are in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm payment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe using the method you select at checkout, and your order is confirmed only once payment has been authorised.

4. Delivery

We ship from the EU as described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are indicative unless stated otherwise.

5. Retention of title

Ordered goods remain our property until paid for in full (Eigentumsvorbehalt), to the extent permitted under the law of the delivery country.

6. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts — see our Cancellation Policy for the full terms and the model withdrawal form.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights for defective goods (Sachmängelhaftung/Gewährleistung) apply as set out in the law of the delivery country. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under that mandatory statutory law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the statutory law applicable to consumer distance contracts in the delivery country. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
